Trauma-Informed Support, advice and life coaching

Life Coaching

A safe, supportive space to work through what you’re carrying — gently, at your own pace, and without judgement.

What Is Trauma-Informed Coaching?

Life coaching with me isn’t about quick fixes or motivational speeches. It’s about creating a calm, steady space where you can begin to make sense of what you’re feeling — whether that’s the effects of past trauma, a difficult relationship, anxiety, or simply feeling stuck.

I work in a trauma-informed way, which means everything we do together is built around safety, trust, and going at your pace. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. No judgement. Just genuine, human support.

This coaching is for you if you:

  • Feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained
  • Are affected by past trauma or domestic abuse
  • Feel stuck and don’t know how to move forward
  • Want to set healthier boundaries but don’t know where to start
  • Need a safe space to be heard without being judged
  • Are ready to start understanding yourself better

How It Works

1

Reach Out

Send me a message through the contact form. Tell me as much or as little as you’d like.

2

We Chat

We’ll have an initial conversation to make sure you feel comfortable and coaching is right for you.

3

We Begin

Sessions take place remotely via phone or video call, at a time that works for you.

What to Expect

Sessions are held remotely via phone or video call, so you can be in a space that feels safe and comfortable for you — whether that’s your living room, your car, or wherever you feel at ease.

Each session is tailored to you. We might explore patterns you’ve noticed, work through a specific situation, or simply create space for you to talk about what’s on your mind. There’s no formula — just real, genuine support.

Between sessions, I may suggest gentle exercises or reflections, but there’s never any homework pressure. This is your journey.

Important to know

Coaching is not therapy or counselling. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. What I do is support you in understanding your experiences, building resilience, and moving forward in a way that feels right for you. If I feel you would benefit from clinical support, I will always be honest with you about that.

Ready to start?
